New Users - Create an Account
This easy-to-use account allows you to save search criteria that will be watching for new properties 24-7, as well as save and manage a collection of properties you're interested in. Only a name and email address are required. Think of this as your own property manager that allows you to search, track, save and receive email updates on properties listed in the Northwest MLS, all in a private, password protected account - and it's FREE!
Once you've signed up, verified your account, and are logged in you're ready to go. Please read the brief instructions below about how the features are used and how to manage saved searches for email updates and saved properties in the property manager.
How the Features are Used
Email Updates
Receive emails automatically as properties matching your search criteria are entered into the MLS!
Once you've performed a search you'd like to use for automatic email updates, just click on the blue Save Search link to the right above the map on the results page. The search will be saved and emails will automatically be sent when new properties matching the search are entered into the Northwest MLS. Set up as many searches as you like.
Property Manager
Create and manage your list of Saved Properties!
Whenever you're searching this site for real estate and find a listing you'd like to add to your saved properties list just click the blue Save Property link next to that property.
Managing Saved Searches & Properties
Once you've logged into your account, the Real Estate Retriever menu will follow you throughout your searches. The following is a description of the 4 menu items and what they're about.
My Saved Searches:
A list of the searches you've saved by clicking the "Save Search" link on the search results page. You can view and manage your saved searches here.
My Saved Properties:
A list of the properties you've saved by clicking the "Save Property" link on either the property results list or the individual property details page. You can view or delete a saved property from here.
Edit My Information:
This is where you manage your Real Estate Retriever account information, as well as change your password if you wish.
Log Out:
If you wish to be automatically logged in whenever you perform a search on www.sanjuanislands.com, just don't log out. If you prefer to keep your account private on a public machine you can just logout when you're done for the time being.
