Our Building is 100 Years Old!
Please join us in appreciation of the 100th year anniversary of an historic
landmark in the core of Friday Harbor.
Established as San Juan County Bank in 1907, a century has now passed and the building still stands strong.

After the bank moved on to larger spaces in 1980, Sam and Barbara Buck purchased the building to expand their own business, San Juan Properties, Inc., the islands premier real estate company they established in 1960. In 1984 the Buck family acquired a Coldwell Banker franchise from the nations premier real estate company, foreseeing the advantages of the marketing reach and referral system within the highest quality, nationwide real estate organization.
Since 1980, the Buck family has put much effort and tremendous care into restoring and preserving the historic presence and authenticity of what is now the Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands, Inc. building.
